The Kansas City Symphony Chorus is happy to partner with Center Alternative School in Kansas City, MO to offer FREE voice lessons.  We meet the students at the school [removing all transportation issues], after school or during a FREE period [making it convenient for our students], and strive to not only help them discover new musical gifts...but help them understand the wonderful ARTS world that awaits them right here in Kansas City!  Please visit our programming page for more information.  Free Your Voice is possible due to the generosity of the Sprint Foundation.

How else to close the inaugural season than with Beethoven's jubilant and spirited Symphony No. 9, a perennial resident in the top 3 classical favorites of all time. You will enjoy the full symphony, chorus and soloists as they take the stage for a work that will bring the "ode to Joy" to full expression in the magnificent acoustics of Helzberg Hall. You will hear this music as you've never heard it before, giving a thrilling and uplifting conclusion to a great Symphony season.
